SUGARS AND SWEETENERS
At Paño Fruits, we have focused on the commercialization of traditional cane sugar, known as sucrose, as well as Coconut Sugar and Erythritol. We offer a variety of sugars: White Cane Sugar, Semi-White, Panela, Brown, Moscovado, Muscovado, etc.
More than fully brown, it has a golden or amber hue. The crystals are large and it offers a subtle, very mild taste and aroma. Demerara or turbinado sugar contains some vitamins and minerals, such as calcium, iron, magnesium, and vitamins B3, B5, and B6.
We would include it in the catalog of sugar alternatives; it is a sugar alcohol, naturally found in certain fruits. Suitable for diabetics and with almost no calories, erythritol has become one of the most popular alternatives to sugar.
Very similar to panela, this sweetener is made from the sap of coconut palm trees, boiled, evaporated, and processed to offer a dry, slightly moist granular texture, with a toasted color but less aromatic than cane sugar.
PACKAGING OPTIONS
All the products in this catalog can be marketed in different formats, from 35g to 5kg in plastic and paper, or in bulk formats of 10kg-1000kg. All types of packaging are available, such as pillow bags, doy-packs, 4 seals, etc. For preservation, we use nitrogen, and in the case of some dehydrated products, we pasteurize them.
